It acts as a strategic motor between target image and living reality and consistently combines digital development with communication, user adoption, change measures and cultural development. The team ensures that new strategies, solutions and working methods are not only introduced, but are understood, used and continuously developed in everyday work. Through clear communication, structured knowledge and targeted empowerment, it helps employees use digital solutions securely and effectively. The aim of the department is to sustainably improve cooperation, information flow and the use of digital tools – human-centred, practical and effective in daily work. Digital solutions rarely fail in technology, but lack of understanding, lack of clarity and uneven use. As a Digital Adoption Specialist, you work exactly at this interface. You recognize usage barriers early, think into perspectives of users and translate complex functions into clear, implementable steps of action. Here you combine analytical thinking with a high demand for comprehensibility and practical effectiveness.

Accompanying introduction and sustainable use of digital tools and platforms Translation of technical and technical functions in understandable, practical applications Building, maintaining and developing a central knowledge base (e.g. How‐tos, FAQs, Quick Guides) Development of target-group-oriented learning and enablement formats (e.g. short videos, step-by-step instructions, hands-on sessions) Analysis of usage and feedback data for identifying obstacles and optimization potentials Active cooperation with departments, IT teams and product managers to make knowledge accessible and usable Support for release introductions and functional changes of existing tools Ensure that new functions in everyday work are actually understood and applied

Complete studies in the field of communication, media or education, psychology, business informatics, UX / Interaction Design, information management or comparable Experience in the environment Digital Adoption, User Enablement, Training, Support or comparable roles Very good understanding of how people use digital tools in everyday work Ability to prepare complex content easily, understandably and user-friendly Structured, independent working with continuous improvement Safe appearance and pronounced communication skills across different target groups Analytical basic understanding to interpret usage data meaningfully Embossed empathy for user perspectives without losing the professional claim Joy in supporting employees Self-contained, structured and result-oriented mode of operation focuses on solution orientation
