• Discipline leadership of employees within the group, in particular the operative trainer
• Responsibility for operational training implementation and its continuous optimization and further development at the site
• Constant improvement and optimization of internal processes and processes
• Ensuring scheduled training planning and implementation
• Creation and optimization of work instructions, risk assessments, etc.
• Reporting, monitoring, budget and investment planning as well as global cost calculation
• Ensuring and complying with target and quality requirements
• Ensuring necessary employee qualifications in close coordination with the GTT Excellence
• Preparing and implementing inventory and ensuring the operability and testing of resources
• Planning and implementation of employee-year discussions and personnel development measures

Your qualifications

• Successfully completed studies of Business Administration (BWL), Economics and a comparable course of study or a commercial vocational training with training in the field of IHK Business Administration
• First professional experience in an industrial company and relevant professional and disciplinary management practice
• Routinized handling of MS Office and first SAP know-how desirable
• Safe commutation in German and English in word and writing, other foreign languages desirable
• Analytical and process-oriented thinking and structured and solution-oriented working
• Flexibility and strong team and communication skills
• Self-employment, self-initiative and high resilience
• possession of the car driving licence
