Your duties

Especially for our "E-Commerce" area we are looking for dedicated hire workers: inside. With our own internet presence and other online industry portals, we want to grow and expand our market shares! You advise and sell with passion!? Then you are right with us with the following tasks:

• Customer Care & Consulting
• Order/Offer creation & processing
• You communicate by e-mail, chat or phone and accept requests, complaints or delivery requests
• Construction and extension of other online portals / marketplaces
• Working in ERP System MS Navision Dynamics
• Cooperation with online team colleagues:inside. Use of "KI" and other possibilities for improvement

Your profile

• Successfully completed training as a merchant/wife e-commerce, wholesale and foreign trade, sales or gastronomy.
• Practical experience in dealing with MS Office and a good expression in word and writing.
• independentness, flexibility and open and communicative appearance
