Consultant Regulatory Management (f|m|d)

Your contribution to a modern financial industry: Advice: Support our customers in developing and implementing strategies in the regulatory environment. You are the contact person for all questions about our Regulatory Management offer.

Analysis: Analyze the impact of new rules on capital and liquidity and compliance with clear expectations.

Development: Bring your expertise to develop tailor-made solutions for implementing new requirements. You help our customers to implement complex new rules in a targeted and pragmatic way, from Gap analyses to the development of implementation programs to the acquisition of essential implementation tasks.

Solutions: Your results and their implications are presented to our (international) financial industry customers. In addition, you manage the interface to the banking supervision, support the identification of potential supervisory topics and provide our customers with targeted on-site inspections.

Knowledge: You develop innovative solutions in the team and write articles and studies. Develop standards for future topics such as optimising regulatory processes or ESG requirements.

Successful university degree (economics, e.g. BWL, VWL, Business Administration, or natural sciences, e.g. mathematics, physics).

First experience with regulatory requirements of financial service providers through an internship, consulting, financial and insurance industry, or through a training/ dual study in the banking and insurance sector.

Knowledge of common reporting solutions such as BAIS or Abacus would be ideal, but are not a must.

Joy in solving complex problems as well as analytical and communicative skills – you can inspire people and your ideas.

German and English knowledge in word and writing.
