Tasks that keep you posted: We are expanding our License Management Team. As a License Manager, you contribute significantly to the further development of REWE Group IT. In a key role between product teams, architects and IT shopping, you can ensure the transparency, compliance and cost-effectiveness of the software licensing. Ensuring license compliance: You make sure that the organization uses all the software licenses used in a license-compliant manner. You identify savings and optimization potentials and take into account the requirements and needs of the product teams. Contact person for groupwide license topics: You are available within and outside the organization as a central contact person for all license issues. Coordination of license audits: You take the central responsibility for the execution and coordination of license audits. Improving Software Asset Management: You work in a team that continuously optimizes and develops our software asset management. Support of software manufacturers: You are responsible for managing and maintaining the licenses of certain software manufacturers. Cooperation with external service providers: You control cooperation with external service providers and ensure smooth communication and implementation.

Features that make you feel: Your successfully completed study with a focus, for example, in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration (BWL) or Law. Alternatively, you have completed an adequate training. You can present several years of professional experience in comparable roles. Funded understanding of software licensing, in particular SAP, IBM and Oracle, as well as experience in conducting audits and good contractual knowledge in licensing agreements. Specializations to the manufacturers SAP or IBM are advantageous. Basic technical knowledge in the field of IT infrastructures, including virtualization and cloud, are desirable. Also desirable are experiences with VMware (Broadcom) and Salesforce. Very good knowledge of software asset management (SAM) systems, such as Flexera, are of advantage. Last but not least your personality: You are characterized by excellent communication and team skills. Your structured and analytical work and reliability are your strengths.
