Payroll Specialist, Ulm (m/f/d)

Become part of a global team as a payroll specialist in which you ask for our employees in Germany to be supported with precision and care!

You will play a crucial role in the networking of our corporate finance and personnel teams by managing the essential payroll processes for our German legal entities while driving compliance and data integrity in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Your tasks - You are the heart of our pay bill:

You are responsible for the correct, legally compliant and timely end-to-end salary accounting for our German companies. You secure a smooth flow of data between our HRIS (Workday) and CloudPay and keep the interfaces in mind through reports and regular monitoring. You coordinate cooperation with external payroll service providers as well as authorities and ensure reliable compliance and clean reporting. You take monthly provisions, delimitations and balance sheet voting and ensure compliance with relevant SOX controls. You are actively working on the further development of our payroll processes and supporting change initiatives, for example in the context of TOP, ESPP or RSU. As a central contact person, you answer questions from our employees about the payroll competently and service-oriented.

Your profile:

You bring well-founded experience in German pay billing as well as very good knowledge in labour, tax and social security law. You can communicate safely in German and English (C1 level) and move confidently in an international environment. You have experience in dealing with modern payroll systems (ideally CloudPay) and HR system landscapes, preferably Workday. You work analytic, you are a pay-affin and have first contact points with complex reporting as well as accounting topics such as provisions or Journal Entries.

Nice to have:

Experience in a listed company (e.g. NASDAQ or S&P). knowledge of the settlement of share programs such as RSU or ESPP within the Payroll. A proactive, solution-oriented procedure and the desire to continuously improve processes.
