Your duties

• Self-employed and responsible implementation of work and tasks of the master's service
• Monitoring the order and the perfect condition of the objects
• Control of buildings and technical installations, maintenance and repairs
• Implementation of small repairs and work
• Reporting of identified deficiencies and incidents
• Coordination and monitoring on site of work by external service providers
• Decrease in building cleaning
• Closing services

• Professional training
• Professional experience in industry or crafts
• A careful way of working and good ways of handling
• Well-maintained appearance and good physical condition
• Ideally professional experience as a homemaster (m/w/d)
• Reliability and flexibility
• Driving license class B, own car would be advantageous
