Team Leader Surveying Internal Service

The survey is a central service provider of the HPA and provides the measurement basis for the planning, construction and operation of the port infrastructure. With precise data, modern procedures and high technical expertise, the area supports sophisticated infrastructure and development projects in the Port of Hamburg. The range of services ranges from engineering and construction surveying to topographic inventory recordings to complex surveying and evaluation methods. The survey thus makes a significant contribution to the successful implementation of construction, conservation and development measures in the port.

Our heart beats for the Port of Hamburg, which connects us! You conduct a professional and disciplined team of survey engineers in the interior. Together with your team, you will ensure the time-, quality- and targeted handling of all tasks in the area of responsibility. Demanding geodetic procedures and complex surveying projects plan, coordinate and accompany you professionally. Processes, methods and software applications are constantly developing together with the field service. Measurement results of internal and external service providers check, evaluate and take professionally. You bring your survey expertise into BIM processes and support the digital development of the department. You advise internal clients on surveying issues and support the early integration of survey into new HPA projects.

You have successfully completed a study of surveying, geomatics or a comparable discipline. Insufficient professional experience in engineering and construction surveying is what distinguishes you. You already have a well-founded knowledge in the evaluation and quality assurance of measurement-related data. CAD applications in the surveying environment are safe. You have knowledge of geodetic compensation methods as well as corresponding specialist software. Experience in handling GIS software (e.g. ArcGIS or comparable systems) is advantageous. At best, you have experience in managing employees or in a comparable coordinating role. A structured, careful and economically oriented way of working is obvious to you. With your communication strength, you can successfully combine people, projects and interests.

Your compensation & additional offers: Remuneration is made by 12 TV-AVH (57.000,00 € - 87.000,00 €). Depending on the function, additional pay components can be taken into account.
