Technical and disciplinary management of the plant quality department at the site Total responsibility for the areas of production quality, incoming goods inspection and quality planning and improvement Ensuring compliance with quality requirements across all phases of the operation process Leadership and further development of employees in responsibility Optimization of introduced management systems and quality assurance processes Control of cross-departmental projects for location-wide quality improvement Contact person for external auditors as part of recertification or Monitoring audits Collection, analysis and preparation of relevant key figures and production of reporting

Complete technical studies in the field of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, production technology or comparable discipline Multiannual professional and leadership experience in quality management within an industrial production environment, ideally in machine or vehicle construction Insufficient quality-relevant methods and tools Qualification as QMB and/or Auditor (DIN EN ISO 9001, 14001 and 50001) desirable Process-oriented thinking as well as pronounced organizational and planning capabilities Embossed method skills, leadership affinity and team orientation Excellent communication skills combined with great persuasiveness
