In your role as ''Inhouse Consultant Zeitwirtschaft (m/w/d)'', you analyze, design and optimize flexible working time models taking into account operational and legal frameworks. You will continue and develop existing time management systems and ensure smooth integration of new tools and processes. With your specialist expertise, you can help our managers and employees with all questions about working time flexibility, time accounts and shift models. You analyze existing working time regulations and processes and develop innovative approaches to increasing efficiency.
