· Close cooperation with the commercial management as a strategic Sparring partner at eye level · Business analysis, management and development of projects, processes and economic indicators · Active participation and responsible support of financing, investment and construction projects · Development of sound decision bases, action plans and economic considerations · Prepare complex facts addressable, clear and decision-oriented · Take responsibility for strategically relevant projects and actively drive change processes · Decisions not only accompany, but also support, represent and successfully implement · Bringing new impulses, taking responsibility and actively shaping the future of the company

· Successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Management or Economics (Bachelor/Master) or a comparable qualification · First practical experience through internships, student work activities or trainee programs – ideally in an economic or strategic environment · Interest in business relationships and topics such as financing, controlling, investment and construction projects · Embossed analytical skills, a structured working style and the ability to penetrate complex topics quickly · Entrepreneurial thinking as well as the willingness to actively participate, loyally represent and jointly implement decisions · High identification with strategic objectives and pleasure in working closely with the commercial management · Own initiative, sense of responsibility and the claim to not only accompany topics but to actively promote them · Secure handling of Microsoft 365, especially Excel, PowerPoint and teams · Communication strength, professional appearance and the ability to act solution-oriented even in challenging situations
