Here you guide and support the layer lines to ensure a smooth production process Staff deployment planning: Efficient planning and coordination of personnel deployment for optimal utilization and productivity Cost management: planning, monitoring and control of the costs incurred in production Collaboration: Development and implementation of measures for the sustainable binding and motivation of employees Lean Management: Analysis and Improvement of Production Processes, Implementation of Lean Management Methods to Improve Efficiency and Quality Quality assurance: ensuring compliance with all quality and safety standards in production

Qualification: Studies in the field of production, logistics, industrial engineering or completed technical training with further training as master / technician (m/w/d); more important than completion is your experience in the operational production environment Management experience: Multiannual experience in the management of teams in production, logistics or shift operations – for example as production management, operating management, shift management or area management Production planning: Safe handling of personnel deployment planning, production control, capacity planning and process optimization – even in dynamic situations Lean Competence: Lean Management Experience, Continuous Improvement Processes (KVP) and Control Based on relevant key figures Strength of decision: Analytical thinking, pragmatic approaches and the ability to make informed decisions even under time pressure Communication strength: Comprehensible appearance, enforcement ability and joy in developing employees and successfully accompanying changes
