Robotic Programmer for Laser Welding (m/w/d) in Hasbergen

In the position as a robot programmer for laser welding systems (m/w/d) n Hasbergen, you develop and optimize programs for KUKA welding robots and support a stable and efficient manufacturing process through your technical expertise.

♪ Your future task:

• Creation and optimization of programs for KUKA welding robots, both offline on the PC and directly on the system
• Operation and monitoring of PLC programs to control processes
• independent analysis and elimination of disruptions to robotic systems in cooperation with maintenance
• Assessment of the quality of welds and ensuring compliance with technical specifications
• Support in setup processes and setting up new processes
• Technical support and instruction of robot operators in new tasks
• Close cooperation with the design and quality management to optimise the processes
• Acquisition of coordinating tasks as part of a pre-worker role in the late or night shift

Your profile for the location Robot Programmer for Laser Welding System (m/w/d):

• Complete training in mechatronics or comparable
• First practical experience with laser welding processes
• Ideally further training for welding specialists
• Knowledge of the programming of KUKA robots
• Self-employed and structured work
• Teamability and high technical affinity
• Willingness to work shifts and take part in continuing training
