You create and control invoices while comparing the rates. You examine in-depth evidence of plausibility and book it in compliance with legal and internal rules in the system. You prepare, in direct cooperation with your department management, the monthly, quarters, and annual accounts of the department and develop self-responsive evaluations. You are responsible for the accounting complaint management as well as the examination of possible invoice differences. You independently maintain the master data of our international customers in terms of conditions and agreements. You ensure proactive communication with customers, transport companies and branches for the purpose of clarifying billing behaviour.

You have a completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or an equivalent commercial training with forwarding experience. You have first professional experience in the operational handling of sea freight shipments or in the field of controlling. You have good English and MS Office skills. You are characterized by a structured, reliable and binding appearance. You convince with your communication skills and number affinity.
