Own-responsible processing of projects in the function of the operational project manager or the operational project manager Responsible for the execution of the project in the specified cost and time frame, taking into account the defined quality Own-sponsored takeover of all actions and/or Task areas within the project (e.g. cost tracking, scheduling or time moderation) Ensuring compliance with the contractually owed services in the project Identification of additional benefits and participation in the formulation and enforcement of supplementary claims Preparing offer and invoice creation Support in the processing of the acquisition in the form of bsp. Creation of concepts, reference data sheets and presentations or participation in acquisitions Preparation of presentations on behalf of the client for e.g. the management, or supervisory board

Complete study in the field of civil engineering, architecture or a comparable discipline, such as environmental technology or sustainability At least 3 years of professional experience in the creation, monitoring or auditing of sustainability certifications (DGNB / BNB / ESG / LEED / NaWoh) Complete audits/certifications are advantageous Certification as DGNB-Auditor:in or BNB-Coordinator:in desirable Ability to use and (further)development of tools and templates to increase efficiency Willingness to take responsibility as project manager:in and contact:in the field of sustainability Very good expressiveness and formulation in German, as oral and written communication belongs to our To-Do's internally and externally daily Self-conscious and binding, sovereign appearance, as well as integration ability in interdisciplinary and professional teams High readiness for professional and personal development Basic understanding of project management Valid driving permit, as well as readiness to travel up to 250 km
