Your role Creation and maintenance of service documentation

Production of spare parts concepts (definition of spare parts & spare parts)

Service requirements for RnD for new and further developments

Self-responsible support and maintenance of documentation systems

Training of the service organization in handling the documentation systems

Coordination of the publication of service notes, manuals and other service documents

Working in projects to improve data quality in ERP & other support systems

Responsible processing of spare parts topics in the ERP

Support in developing VR trainings for service organization

A successfully completed technical study or a comparable qualification for professional starters and professionals

Experience in the documentation of technical facts ideally knowledge of our work area (special machine construction, vacuum technology, electronics, technical mechanics)

Good communication skills and a safe and skillful occurrence

Experience in handling SAP ERP desirable

Very good knowledge of German and English
