You have successfully completed training in the field of IT or telecommunications, ideally with professional experience in carrier management or IT purchasing. You control the handling of business performance indicators as well as calculations and you know the most common office products. You have the ability to advise our customers in all telecommunication topics and connection technologies (SDSL, ADSL, directional radio, fixed connections, copper, glass etc.) and have basic network knowledge to understand the technical requirements (TCP/IP, network routing, VLAN) You have already been able to gain experience on the carrier market and know the crucial players. Your process understanding helps you to implement corresponding ESM ordering processes. Of course you master German and English very well in word and writing.
