Project Buyer (m/f/d)

Own-responsible implementation of procurement projects for construction services, facility management services, technical services and project-related investments and services Development and implementation of project-specific procurement and procurement strategies Management of tenders, tender assessments and award processes in close cooperation with product group managers, internal departments and external partners Negotiation, conclusion and management of contracts, framework agreements and subordinates and performance changes Ensuring transparent documentation and auditable contract and award management Accompanying acceptances, handovers and stakeholders in complex project environments Control of interdisciplinary project teams as well as consulting the departments in all commercial issues Identification of savings, optimization and standardization potentials along the entire procurement process

Successfully completed studies of business management, economic engineering, civil engineering, facility management or a comparable field Multiannual experience in strategic purchasing or project purchase of an international company Experience in the procurement of construction services, technical services, facility management, CAPEX projects or comparable product groups Detectable experience in managing complex projects and interdisciplinary teams Good knowledge of contract law and the negotiation of service, works and framework contracts Experience in dealing with claims management and risk and cost management Outstanding analytical skills and a good understanding of technical and economic relationships High communication and persuasiveness as well as safe occurrence to internal and external stakeholders Service-oriented, structured, solution-oriented and independent operation Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
