This makes your role as a corporate customer advisor real estate financing & project business (m/w/d): Customer advice: holistic advice and support for our commercial customers:inside around sustainable commercial and social real estate projects. Financial audit: You are responsible for auditing and evaluating credit requests and the processing of complex financing projects. In doing so, you analyze business models, project calculations, and capital service skills, and create sound decision templates. Sales: In professional exchange with interested credit customers and as part of the subsequent consultation, you represent the UmweltBank as an excellent partner at eye level; telephone, personal and at trade fairs. Collaboration: Together with the market success, you are looking for efficient and high-quality credit decisions.
