ERP Project Manager with Focus on Digitalization (m/w/d)

You want to actively shape the digital future and implement an ERP system from scratch? Then, as an ERP project manager with focus on digitization (m/w/d), BIA will review this exciting project and optimise our IT systems and processes at the same time! With your know-how, you drive for smooth processes, drive digitization and develop tailor-made solutions for our production and enterprise software.

You take over the management of the project to introduce a new ERP system and coordinate the entire process. You analyze the requirements of the departments and develop a suitable implementation strategy. You organize training for key users and end users and accompany the Go Live process. You ensure trouble-free operation of the ERP system and communicate requirements to software providers. Existing IT systems optimise and identify digitalization potentials. You take responsibility for IT projects such as the EDI connection or software integration. You advise the company to develop software and hardware solutions.

You have a degree in (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification. In recent years, you have already gained experience in introducing and supporting ERP systems and production software. You bring technical understanding and experience in project management. You work structured, independent and solution-oriented. Your communication strength helps you successfully communicate between IT and specialist areas. You recognize optimisation potentials and use them with enthusiasm. You are safe in dealing with Microsoft Office and communicate safely in German and English, both in writing and oral.
