In your new job you are responsible for the commercial management and the corresponding processes and structures of our maintenance company at the Lingen site and report directly to the management In doing so, you will guide a team of commercial employees professionally and disciplinefully and will accompany them constantly in personal development They work in close coordination with the technical site manager and the technical departments of the site and are first contact persons in all commercial matters. You are responsible for the commercial reporting as part of the monthly and annual financial statements to the management of the company and the budgeting of the location In addition, you are responsible for creating the required reporting, project controlling, commercial order processing, monthly performance assessment and claim, receivable and risk management Also conduct audits according to the company guidelines, create contracts and negotiate them safely Monitoring local entrepreneurial management and compliance with all compliance requirements complete your exciting task

They have a well-founded commercial training with multi-year, relevant professional experience in the crafts and industry sectors, ideally also with a commercial study In addition, you have gained experience in contract law and project management, at best knowledge in the field of industrial maintenance You are using MS Office and ERP systems (ideally SAP) You have empathy and have sound knowledge of leadership and communication with employees High levels of communication, your strategic vision, team skills and enforcement skills
