At the BMW branch Dresden you will find an exciting function in the area of aftersales / service.

What do you expect? You are the interface between customers, service consultants:inside and internal departments. You will also participate in the qualified order preparation and processing via the scheduling and dealer management system. You are also preparing decisions for the execution of warranty and cunning requests within predetermined guidelines. You are responsible for the qualifying accounting and can give our customers the content of explanations of invoice sizes. Processing of approval requirements for leasing and insurance companies and tasks in receivable management. You use digital platforms and tools. Their task is also to optimize processes and quality standards.

What are you doing? Completed commercial or technical training. Ideally, first professional experience in the service of a car house. High communication capability, pronounced service orientation and social competence. Joy in working in the team, flexibility and resilience.
