We are looking for a Technical Property Manager (m/w/d) at our location in Cologne or Aachen. You take a key role in our team and use your technical expertise in real estate management. These include the independent supervision of a portfolio of predominantly office real estate, the reliable fulfillment of the ownership obligations, a sustainable design of our properties and their continuous value enhancement. Portfolio Management: They are responsible for the technical maintenance of the supervised property and ensure that all relevant laws and regulations are complied with. Budget management: You are responsible for creating and monitoring budgets related to maintenance plans and measures Project Management: In technical and structural projects, you take over the control and coordination of the participating architects and specialist planners and are responsible for maintaining costs, schedules and quality Call management: You create professional tender documents with clear requirements profiles, specifications and performance directories Energy management: They implement and monitor energy efficiency measures to ensure the sustainability of our properties and optimize operating costs
