Director EPG Academy (m/w/d)

THE POSITION - That is what we are talking about As a director (m/w/d) of our EPG Academy, you will be guided by our trainer team, in practical trainings in our innovative logistics center, teaching content around our product range and leading the EPG Academy to an international orientation.

You run our training team professionally and disciplinaryly. You train our national and international customers in the in-house training center as well as on-site customers. You provide training and the necessary system settings. You create target group-specific training and training plans. You support the onboarding of our new employees and trainees. You develop existing courses as well as training materials and develop new courses for presence training, e-learning and web training. You create reports for our management and support strategic decisions regarding the EPG Academy.

You have a successfully completed technical or commercial training or have completed their studies, e.g. in the field of natural sciences, logistics, IT, humanities or pedagogy. You have already acquired experience as a trainer, teacher, lecturer, instructor or teacher and master the practical communication of knowledge; Knowledge of logistics is a plus. You bring first experience in the leadership of small teams. You have a high level of enthusiasm and are interested in IT, technology and logistics. You have a high degree of flexibility and willingness to travel to carry out training at home and abroad. You complete your profile with good to very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing.
