Automation Engineer (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d)

Location: Freiburg im Breisgau

Programming of machine and plant controls using finished software modules and by redevelopment of software modules Programming of PLC and visualization software based on Siemens Step 7 and TIA portal Compliance with internal programming standards and documentation requirements Development of control concepts Active participation in the optimization of plant sequences Implementation of process and process engineering processes into specific automation solutions for our machines and systems commissioning and service at the plant and at our customers Creating documentation for operation, training and qualification Implementation of customer training and qualifications

Graduate of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Automation Technology or Comparative Qualification Professional experience in the PLC programming of machine and plant controls Experience in the development of control concepts Practical experience in handling control hardware and commissioning of control components and bus systems Software experience with Beckhoff TwinCAT3 and 3.1, WinCC visualization, programming C++ Required: Basic knowledge of pneumatic systems Teamability combined with a high self-initiative and an independent working method Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Global readiness
