You take over the professional and disciplinary leadership of a dedicated team (retail or inside sales) and you are responsible for: Leadership & Development Coaching, promotion and further development of your employees – both professionally and personally Guide the team through regular shopfloor/team meetings and clearly structured communication Ensuring a performance-oriented, motivating team culture Operational control Responsibility for the daily business in the store or inside sales Ensuring sales, service and quality objectives deriving and implementing measures to achieve objectives Control of activities in the store or Inside sales team as well as ensuring an optimal product, industry and sales channel mix Strategy & Development Designing the long-term orientation of customer support and sales processes Development of measures for customer retention – incl.
