Your tasks: You support the 50Hertz Academy in the conceptual planning and implementation of learning offers, If necessary, you will accompany local and international personnel development projects (e.g. executive conferences, employee surveys), You create and shape e-learnings (Articulate), learning videos & presentations in the area of personnel development and change, You are researching current HR trends and scientific findings that support our modern learning culture, Administrative and day-to-day tasks complete your task.

your advanced bachelor or master degree in (economic)psychology, adult education or business management with a focus on recruiting staff, are enthusiastic about the cooperation of people, Bringing a quick understanding and the ability to understand complex relationships, has strong organizational skills and works independently and structuredly, Not only is it safe to use the current MS Office programs, but also to learn how to work in digital tools of personal work (simple show, author tools such as articulates, digital whiteboards such as MIRO), The German language is very well mastered (C1 level) and English at least communicates in B2 level (in word and writing).
