Support of the People & Culture team in daily staff work and take over administrative tasks Preparation of work contracts and certificates, processing of time corrections and maintenance of personnel documents Accompanying the recruiting from the applicant's view to the first contact to the appointment organization Support for the onboarding of new employees and cooperation with our staff representatives Research and processing of information on labour law and personal business topics Participation in HR projects, e.g. the introduction of a new HR software, digital personnel file and pay transparency Support for evaluations and HR reporting and the introduction of ideas to simplify and digitize our processes

enrolled studies, e.g. business management, human resources management, economic psychology, law or a comparable subject Interest in personnel work and in operational HR topics and HR projects Careful, organised and reliable operation – even with recurring tasks Clear and friendly communication and responsible handling of confidential information Safe handling of MS Office, especially Excel and Word, as well as enjoying working in new systems
