Professional leadership and coordination of the team of commercial order processing Total responsibility for the commercial accompaniment of orders – from order receipt to billing Examination of complex offers on margin/configuration Ensuring the correct collection and assessment of benefits Creation and evaluation of post-calculations in close cooperation with the sales and service department Support of the team in case of clarification with customers Creation, analysis and preparation of key figures for controlling operational processes Creation of five ad hoc analyses and target/actual comparisons Further development and optimization of commercial processes, structures and processes
