You can do this:

• They take over the technical coordination of municipal building cleaning and ensure quality and economic efficiency.
• They plan personnel deployment, create service and cleaning plans, and carry out instruction and personnel discussions.
• They prepare award procedures for external cleaning services, accompany the agreement and control the implementation.
• They implement quality and complaint management, perform object checks and ensure compliance with accident prevention regulations and operator responsibility.
• They are responsible for the technical assistance in the area of the budget for the cleaning of buildings in relation to the property management.

Take this with you:

• a successfully completed training on/to the administrative specialist (m/w/d) as well as the successful completion of the employee training course II or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
• desirable also practical experience in the described task area
• a high sense of responsibility, identification with the task as well as an analytical and strategic thinking capability
• a pronounced negotiation and communication skills
• Willingness to participate in training and security in handling all MS Office applications
