Ensuring stable, timely and normative processes in network connection and commissioning processes (focus on current) Technical assessment and clarification of complex technical individual cases in the operational context Transfer of regulatory and technical requirements in practical, stable processes Close cooperation with installers, technical areas as well as internal specialist departments and interfaces Professional support, coaching and skills of employees involved in the process Structured identification and prioritisation of critical issues and the elimination of appropriate stabilisation measures Ensuring clean transitions to adjacent processes and system landscapes

RequirementsMuss criteria: Multiannual practical experience in the field of network connection and installation in the distribution network (focus on electricity) Very good knowledge of relevant standards and regulations, in particular VDE-AR-N 4100, NAV, ATAB and relevant VDE regulations Detectionable ability to translate regulatory requirements into stable and practical processes Sovereign assessment of technical facts in the operational environment Experience in stabilising technical processes in regulated environments High readiness for on-site presence and close cooperation with operational teams Experience in coaching and professional development of employees Target criteria: knowledge of adjacent divisions (e.g. gas) in the context of connection and commissioning processes Experience on interfaces to technology, IT and system landscapes (e.g. SAP environment) Experience in process structuring, prioritization and escalation control Your current
