• Service orientation & efficient operation control: You are - for about 28 hours a month - responsible for the telephone interference service acceptance for the ABG Holding tenant emergency service in our home technology center. The core times of the activity are the peak hours of the emergency service: Mo-Do 17:00-21:00, Fr 15:00-21:00 and Sa-So 09:00-13:00 or 13:00-17:00.
• Customer focus & solution-oriented process processing: You receive telephone interference service messages from our customers and, if necessary, initiate appropriate repair measures. Very good PC user knowledge
