HEALTH AND PARTNERS – Welcome Calls, Deficiencies, Payment Request, Voting with Subcontractors and Sales. You separate emotions from things, stay under pressure and take clear next steps. INTERN EINFORDER – Distributors do not update the CRM? You're asking. Subcontractors don't hold appointments? You're going after. Promises are not respected? You speak it directly and escalate structured if necessary. You're not waiting for others to deliver. DATA SAUBER CONTENTS – CRM and project management tool are up to date. Every handover to Finance is complete. No missing documents, no claims. OFFENE POSTEN CLEARS – You clarify why customers do not pay, resolve defects, require payments and document every step. 90% of the open cases have a documented follow-up within 3 working days. OUR CALIERES – Not as little escalating as possible, but right. You can see when a process can be solved by yourself and when project management or management must be involved.

PRECISE TAX – You have managed 20+ open cases with different stakeholders, deadlines and escalation needs at the same time. You have a clear system and can say at any time what is open and what happens next. CONTROL DURCHING – You conduct difficult conversations targeted. You clarify conflicts, call for payments and stay calm and clear even if it becomes unpleasant. INTERNAL IMPLEMENTATION – You bring colleagues and service providers to comply with their commitments. You address problems directly, keep up and escalate structured if necessary. You don't slip through. You follow, control results and make sure that problems do not occur repeatedly. AKTIVE TOOL PFLEGE – You actively use CRM and project management tools to control your work, not just for documentation.
