Then we have the right position for you! For our location in Plettenberg, we are looking for a dedicated production employee (m/w/d), who contributes with care and responsibility to a smooth production process.

In a motivated team, you support the production of high-quality products and ensure that

quality and efficiency are always guaranteed. The activity takes place in the 2 layer system and requires a precise and reliable operation.

• Operation and monitoring of modern production machines and plants
• Implementation of quality tests according to defined requirements
• Detection and transmission of technical disturbances and small maintenance work
• Documentation of production processes and test results
• Working with the continuous improvement and optimization of production processes

We are looking for

• First experience in production or machine operation of advantage
• Technical understanding and safe working according to instructions
• High reliability, motivation and initiative
• Willingness to work in the 2 layer system
• Teamability and a careful and structured way of working
