Deputy Station Management (w|m|d) Intensive Station (ICU) Conservative Full-time (38,5 hours/week), part-time possible Location: Munich Klinik / Standort Bogenhausen In order to strengthen our leadership team of the Conservative Intensive Care Unit, we are looking for a dedicated deputy station management with a pronounced care and management competence.

Care professional and organizational responsibility for the care team Staff management and development Promoting evidence-based care practice Continuous quality and process improvement in the intensive care unit Participation in strategic and organisational development processes of the station KPI-based occupancy control and support for economic resource planning Demand-oriented and highly complex personnel deployment planning taking into account the Skill-Grade mix and taking into account the failure management Application and further development of the INPULS® personnel measuring instrument Ensuring compliance with PpUGV requirements Participation in and control of recognition procedures of international care professionals in cooperation with our International Care Department Promoting interprofessional cooperation Active participation and establishment of shared governance / shared leadership as participative management concept

Technically: Completed training as a nurse (w|m|d) Closed specialist training Intensive and anaesthesia Knowledge of PpUGV Experience in the application of the INPULS® personnel measuring instrument High competence in service planning taking into account the Skill-Grade-Mix Bachelor's degree programme with care-related focus desirable, alternative further education “Guiding a Station/Function Unit” Personal: Acquisition of professional and organisational responsibility Motivation to develop participative leadership models Communication strength as well as conflict and decision-making High social competence and team orientation Embossed understanding of care quality and evidence-based practice Structured, analytical and economically oriented mode of operation
