Your tasks

Security – every day, around the clock. In our modern emergency call and service center in Föhren, you keep a cool head as an operator (m/w/d). You make sure that our customers, their buildings and terrain as well as values are safe – with technology, team spirit and responsibility. As an operator (m/w/d), you are responsible for the protection of our customers from theft and burglary and manage alarm events around the clock (3-layer system plus. Intermediate layer) in our 24/7 emergency call and service control center in our Föhren headquarters.

First contact for customers in the alarm case – you quickly, professionally and empirically

Verification and evaluation of alarm signals according to defined protocols

Communication with police, fire and security services

Documentation of all events and coordination of further steps

Processing of telephone customer requests
