Task focus – responsible and varied: Supporting and accompanying our trainees in all training professions (bank, real estate, digitalization management or dialogue marketing) up to exam preparation for the final exams of the IHK School presentations and trade fair appearances: Joy of communication and enthusiasm for our training professions and dual study Further development of consulting training and internal seminars with a good sense of need for the development of skills for the future, digital and sales Active exchange with our training units, vocational schools and educational partners, as well as our youth and trainee representation (JAV) Planning and organisation of operations, seminars and events Further development of our training content and initiation of projects so that we can shape the future together Profile – professionally strong, humanly convincing:
