Creating fascinating: Your Tasks Leadership and further development of a manufacturing area with around 60 employees, including several team and group leaders Responsibility for the time and quality production of complex steel components for our port mobile, offshore and ship cranes Fine planning, control and continuous optimization of production processes taking into account modern manufacturing standards Close cross-departmental cooperation with design, work preparation, quality assurance and logistics Ensuring compliance with our high quality and safety standards and legal regulations Responsibility for personnel and cost centers for the responsible production area

Bringing strengths: your qualifications Completed training as an industrial master or technician in the field of steel construction, ideally with additional qualification to the welding specialist (m/w/d) Multiannual professional and leadership experience in an industrial production environment - preferably in heavy machinery or steel construction Impressed leadership and ability to motivate employees in a dynamic environment Entrepreneurial thinking, pronounced cost awareness and good commercial understanding Very good German knowledge in word and writing as well as good English knowledge for cooperation in international project and employee teams High level of responsibility, enforcement and communication skills
