Project Management Metering Point Management / Meter Management (m/f/d)

As a project manager (w/m/d) in the measuring station management/counter management, you design the efficient and law-compliant retrofitting and digitization of the energy and water meters in the building stock of the construction and real estate business NRW. You develop strategic concepts and standards, bring them to tender and manage the central projects for uniform implementation in the branches This allows you to create the basis for transparency, sustainability and a future-oriented management of the property You develop concepts for retrofitting (under) counters in the buildings of the administrative capacity of the BLB NRW, taking into account the legal and political requirements You are responsible for the preparation of tender documents and the technical assistance of the tendering procedure for a competitive measuring station operator You coordinate cooperation with the external service provider for the standardization of the measuring station operation and for the retrofitting of sub-measuring units. You form the interface between the external service provider and the branches

You have completed university studies (Diplom/Master/ Bachelor) of the Department of Electrical Engineering, Building Technology/TGA, Supply Technology, Energy Technology, Business Informatics, Economic Engineering, Engineering or a comparable subject. Further requirements: You have at least three years of practical experience in the field of energy supply, energy management, measuring point management or technical monitoring You have already successfully contributed to project realization in project teams in various projects. Professional experience in the public sector or in the handling of contracting authorities, in particular in the execution of tenders, is advantageous Its distinct competence in the management of the cooperation of various stakeholders is just as important as your target orientation, motivation and flexibility in dealing with changing framework conditions. You bring safe German knowledge, which corresponds at least to the language level C1 (flowing in word and writing) A routined handling of standard IT systems (e.g. Microsoft Office) and openness for BLB-specific applications complete your profile

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee is payable for employees from the E 10 group to the E 12 group. TV‐L (approximately 50,000,00 € – approx. 80,300,00 € per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions). A status-like takeover of beamed applicants is possible up to an office of grade A 12 LBesO A.
