further development and establishment of our e-learning offer, partly in coordination with the departments Advising the subject areas in the didactic preparation of (skilled) learning content Conception and creation of demand-oriented e-learnings (preferably with Articulate 360) Professional administration and content management of the learning management system (Learn365 from Zensai) Evaluation of internal learning opportunities Advising employees on needs-based training measures and moderating workshops

Graduated Higher Education or Higher Education with a focus on human resources development, education, education, economic education or a comparable qualification Practical experience in designing and implementing e-learning formats Good knowledge of the application of author tools (ideally Articulate 360 Storyline and/or Rise) Experience with learning management systems, preferably LMS365 from Zensai Competence in the development and implementation of digitally supported learning concepts Proactive and result-oriented working style, high customer and service orientation as well as strong team and reflectivity
