occupation next possible | unlimited | Full-time | Higher Education and Building Management | Campus Deutz Self-governing of the house service at all TH Cologne locations in the team of infrastructural building management Participation in selection discussions and planning and implementation of inclusions, instruction and personnel development talks and measures Organisation and optimization of house service processes including resource planning and responsibility as well as maintenance of process documentation Preparation and monitoring of procurement and tender procedures for home-service services and equipment (e.g. outdoor plant care, winter service, moving services and fleet management) including performance description, offer evaluation and contract management Planning, coordination and implementation of transport and operational safety measures as well as support for construction projects, events and cross-departmental tasks in the context of the task area

Higher education (Bachelor Level) ideally in the field of facility management, real estate management, logistics or comparable Management experience Experience in project management and project management Good knowledge of procurement, contract law and service management as well as financial management and budgeting Knowledge of working time and labour law Routinized application of current MS Office programs, SAP knowledge desirable High level of autonomy and self-responsibility Representative cooperation, communication and organisational capacity
