As a building manager, you are responsible for the organisation and implementation of regionally shaped structures in Regensburg and Ostbayern. Also in parttime! Your main tasks include: Work preparation - selection of working methods and laying down construction technologies, taking into account modern methods such as LEAN, 5S and BIM 5D® - planning of the construction site equipment and equipment use together with the company-owned service provider STRABAG BMTI Construction - Coordination of structures at the construction site - consideration of economic and technical objectives - inspecting ongoing work - implementation of the continuous construction process and construction site results control - coordination of the operations of the industrial personnel and of contractors: Reproduction - Contribution in the design and implementation

What do you bring for this versatile position? A completed study in civil engineering or comparable technical training Good understanding of construction and construction Good user knowledge in MS Office as well as in a costing and billing program (preferably iTWO) Teamability, negotiation skills and enforcement skills, as well as a pronounced independent, committed and entrepreneurial way of working
