We at Vulcan Energy Resources GmbH combine renewable geothermal energy with innovative lithium extraction – for an independent and sustainable supply of raw materials from Germany. For our growing team at the Karlsruhe site we are looking for you in full time (40h) and indefinitely, as Contract and Claim Manager (m/w/d).

This is what awaits you

You carry out all claims-relevant activities in our projects in a professional way, ensuring efficiency, efficiency and risk mitigation.

You identify contractual risks and develop and implement matching strategies.

You independently carry out the top-calam procedure and control the implementation.

You establish consistent processes, standards and reporting structures in claim management.

You work closely with our internal teams as well as external EPCm partners and coach relevant interfaces.

You prepare facts for possible trials together with Legal.

You have a completed degree (Master) in commercial or technical fields – ideally business law, economic or civil engineering.

You bring at least 10 years of professional experience in strategic purchasing or claim management of complex technical projects.

You have experience in leading interdisciplinary and/or international teams.

You convince by analytical thinking, negotiation skills and enforcement strength.

You work structured, self-responsibility and are happy to be an Sparring partner at eye level.

Very good German and good English skills complete your profile.
