Your duties You play a central role in the project everyday and ensure that the commercial and organizational processes are clean, comprehensible and resilient. Your contribution makes projects calculable, decisions safer and processes easier – for the whole team. What you specifically do: Check invoices by VOB – clear, comprehensible and careful, so that project costs remain transparent and deviations are detected early. accompany the contract and settlement management according to HOAI, so that services are correctly documented, fairly evaluated and fully remunerated. participate in tenders and award tests of various TGA entities; in addition to the technical evaluation, the economic and structural quality is also guaranteed – from the offer examination to the award recommendation. Your working day – an insight You are entering a project that is in the tender phase. Together with the responsible project manager, you will analyze the technical requirements, structure necessary documents, create performance directories, submit queries from the specialist companies and accompany the award procedure. Later on in the project you take over the audit, recognize uncertainties early and thus protect us as contractors as well as the contractors as contractors. This will strengthen the entire planning team – before, during and after construction.
