Project management with responsibility: Planning, control and implementation of ERP and specialist application projects including budget, appointment, and resource responsibility Strategic development of the system landscape: Active cooperation and optimization of our ERP and related specialist systems Requirement management: inclusion, analysis and prioritization of business requirements in close cooperation with departments and management Process optimization: further development and digitization of business processes with focus on efficiency, transparency and scalability System integration: coordination and control of interfaces between ERP, specialist applications and external systems Stakeholder Management: Moderation and coordination between departments, IT and external service providers Quality assurance and governance: Ensuring standards, documentation, testing and sustainable integration of new solutions Reporting and decision-making support: Transparent communication of project stands towards executives and decision-making bodies.

Completed studies or training in IT or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in project management of ERP or IT projects Knowledge in handling ERP systems, ideally abas ERP Ideally technical understanding in the abas environment (e.g. FO/FOP, Java or interface technologies) and the ability to conceptually evaluate technical solutions Very good understanding of business processes and their mapping in IT systems Experience in managing interdisciplinary teams and external partners Knowledge of system integration and interface management Structured and strategic thinking with high self-responsibility Communication strength, enforcement capacity and safe occurrence at all organisational levels Very good German and good English skills
