Your tasks and possibilities Stakeholders advise: You pick up the control requirements of the Executive Board, departmental management and branch lines and prepare timely accurate reports and provide concise cockpits. Control developments: You are responsible for developing and implementing strategies that link and ensure the organisation’s financial and operational objectives. Abstract trends: Together with your team and the decentralized controllers, you monitor budget planning, analyze financial reports and contribute to the optimization of economic efficiency to ensure the overall success of the organization. Strengthen your team: You guide and promote your six employees to create a productive and motivating working environment. Digital development: You use the technical possibilities of SAP and SAC and introduce your expertise and experience. Your profile completed studies of administrative or economic sciences at a scientific college, university or university (Diplom/Master) or Qualification for category 2, first entry office in non-technical administration at least three years of practical experience in the category 2, second entry office in the non-technical service or comparable other employees with equivalent skills and experience Your further strengths You have in particular the ability to deal with conflicts.
