Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d)

At the Bremen site, interdisciplinary teams work on pioneering technologies for safety-relevant applications, from development to production to system testing. The company combines many years of experience with modern engineering, high quality orientation and close cooperation in international projects.

We are looking for you as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/w/d).

Recruiting: You independently control the entire recruiting process via different channels and develop creative search strategies (e.g. Active Sourcing, Social Media Campaigns) with positions that are difficult to occupy. Job advertisements: You create and optimise target group specific job advertisements taking into account current market trends and legal requirements. Applicant Management: You are responsible for structured management and professional communication with applicants throughout the entire selection process. Department consultancy: You advise managers and departments and define requirements profiles together. Interviews: You conduct telephone and personal interviews - also in English - and ensure a well-founded selection of candidates. Service provider control: You work closely with personnel service providers and are responsible for contract negotiations, profile voting and auditing. Project work: You actively participate in recruiting projects and develop innovative concepts for the further development of the recruiting center.

Training/study: You have a successfully completed commercial, technical or social science training or a comparable qualification. Experience: You bring several years of experience in recruiting, in a recruiting center or in research. Work law: You have a well-founded knowledge in the handling of personal data, GDPR and in the Business Constitution Act (BetrVG). IT competence: You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel (including pivot evaluations), and have a high software affinity. English: You communicate safely in English - both in writing and oral.
