Operations Officer (m/f/d)

In this function, you work closely with the management level of operation and management, accompany strategic and operational issues, answer selected projects and ensure smooth communication between the relevant interfaces. You support the management in the strategic and operational management of the company and carry out independent content and organizational tasks in the direct environment of the management. Independent control and implementation of cross-departmental projects (e.g. process optimizations, digitization projects, organisational development). Analysis and preparation of key figures, reports and decision templates for management. Interface management between management, departments and external partners. Coordination and prioritization of topics in the direct environment of management and ensuring a structured flow of information. Preparation of presentations and communication documents. Identification of potential for improvement in processes and structures and initiation of appropriate measures.

Successfully completed studies in economics (e.g. BWL, economics, business informatics) or a comparable economic qualification. First to multiannual professional experience in a comparable role, e.g. in management/management assistance, as a lecturer: in management, project management or management consulting. Embossed organizational skills and a very structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working. High analytical competence and joy in making complex facts understandable. Sovereign appearance, communication strength and discretion in handling confidential information. High team capacity and joy in cooperation with different disciplines. Very good German knowledge in word and writing, good English skills are of advantage.
