• Tasks: -

· Support in the product and application consulting and cooperation for projects · Processing of Product and service complaints incl. Cause research and introduction of measures Result check and transfer according to specifications incl. Creation of detailed results in consultation with marketing · Care of the knowledge management tool and direct information about potentially serious incidents at appropriate points, for example Product complaints · Creation of reclamation analyses and cooperation in the development and implementation of improvements · cooperation to create action plans to increase the Customer satisfaction

-Competitions:-

· Successfully completed training in the commercial sector · Suspicious Professional experience ideally in German Health market and knowledge of logistics desirable Conflictability as well as pronounced process thinking and acting · High Service and customer orientation as well as communication strength and Load capacity · Good knowledge of MS Office and ideal knowledge of SAP · Very good German knowledge
