We are a team that impresses with specialization and works together on a greener future. Together with colleagues in the logistics, You ensure the supply of materials. You are also responsible for the timely disposition and procurement of spare parts and equipment for the entire repair site. For inventory and cost management, monitor and optimize stocks continuously. Through the targeted identification and management of “Slow Movers” (slow movers), you reduce the capital bond and lower the storage costs. You make an active contribution to the strategic objective of sustainable reduction of stocks. To do this, analyse the causes of inventory deviations and implement solutions to increase inventory quality. In addition, supervise delivery dates, clarify delivery bottlenecks proactively and work closely with purchasing, logistics and repair. Last but not least, make sure that the disposition-relevant parameters (e.g., records, security stocks, recovery times) in the ERP system are always up to date.

A completed study in the field of business management, logistics, supply chain management or a comparable commercial/technical training with corresponding further training. Finded professional experience in disposition, material management or inventory management – ideally in a producing environment or after-sales area. Strong numerical understanding, cost awareness and experience in the analysis of stock codes (e.g. ranges, envelope frequency, Slow Mover). First experience in project management or process optimization, especially in the field of inventory management and Cause Analysis in case of malfunctions. Very good user knowledge in an ERP system (preferably SAP MM/PP) as well as data evaluations. Communication strength, enforcing power, solution-orientedness and a cool head in stressful situations complete your profile.
